Student & Parent Guidelines
Attendance & Punctuality
Students must attend school regularly and arrive on time.
Absence for more than 10 consecutive days without prior intimation may result in the student’s name being removed from the school rolls. Re-admission will be at the discretion of the Principal after payment of applicable dues.
Leave applications must be submitted on the same day of absence.
Parent Responsibilities
Parents must ensure their child reaches school on time every day.
Children should not be picked up before school hours end. In case of illness or emergency, kindly do not send the child to school.
Any change in address or contact number must be informed to the school office immediately.
Parents accompanied by visitors must obtain a visitor card from the reception with prior permission from the Principal.
Caution money must be claimed within three months of withdrawal, failing which it will lapse.
Parent–Teacher Interaction
Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are held on every second Saturday.
The last Saturday of every month will be a holiday.
Parents are requested not to meet or call teachers during working hours. Discussions can be done during break time or by meeting the Principal, if required.
Uniform & Grooming
Parents must ensure that their child:
Wears the proper school uniform daily.
Is neatly and smartly dressed.
Keeps nails trimmed and shoes polished.
Girls with long hair must make two plaits; short hair should be tied with a hairband.
Ribbon colour:
Grey (Summer)
Navy Blue (Winter) for Classes I to VIII.
Students not properly dressed may be fined, and repeated defaulters may be sent home.
Identity & Safety
Identity cards are issued at the time of admission and must be worn daily for student safety.
Students should not bring or wear valuables such as gold items, expensive watches, toys, or objectionable material.
The school will not be responsible for any loss, and strict action will be taken if rules are violated.
Food Guidelines
Parents are advised not to send eatables to school.
Students are not allowed to wear casual clothes on birthdays.
No packets, sweets, or gifts for staff will be accepted.
Junk food such as chips, noodles, white bread, etc., is strictly prohibited.
School Diary
The school diary is issued at the time of admission and is an important communication tool between teachers and parents.
Parents must check the diary daily, sign teacher remarks as acknowledgment, and ensure the diary is brought to school every day.
